Twin Bridges is not unlike many small Montana towns. There are mountains here, plenty of cattle and horses, lots of friendly people, a couple of restaurants, and a bar or two. What makes it unique, however, is its proximity to some of the country's truly great fly water. The Beaverhead River is here, as are the Big Hole, the Ruby, and the Jefferson. It's an incredible place to cast a line, a fact not lost on the local populace, or the anglers who come here from all over the world to catch big browns and rainbows. Twin Bridges is pretty much fish heaven, which may explain why if you search out 500 South Main Street, you'll find a building housing a small group of people dedicated to designing and building the finest fly rods in the world. The R.L. Winston Rod Co., Twin Bridges, Montana. For us, there's no better place to call home.
