Shipping: Thanks for ordering from R.L. Winston Fly Rods. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed during weekly business hours of M-F between 8 am to 5 pm MST. General ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Please use expedited shipping if you need your item sooner. Any delays associated with all shipping options and arrival are carrier related, not R.L. Winston Fly Rods. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your shipment leaves our warehouse as well as tracking information so you can monitor the shipment progress.
To help get orders out in a timely manner, we recommend they be placed by 11am MST. If an order is urgent you may contact our office directly at 888-484-4165 and we will do our best to assist you in a manner consistent with your needs.
Returns: Have a problem with your purchase? There’s no need to pick up the phone! Fill out the form below to request a UPS Return Shipping Label to ship your product back to Winston. Once received, you can affix the pre-paid shipping label to your return package, then drop the return package off at the specified mailing facility or drop-off box. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Note, R.L. Winston Fly Rods is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact UPS for that. We do not accept exchanges or refund for product purchased from other retailers or online stores.
